This two-day workshop is a powerful tool for personal transformation. It will become one of the most important experiences of your life by opening you to wholeness, joy, and personal mastery.

Health, joy, and self realization require an integration of mind, body and spirit which is rarely seen in adults. Beginning in early childhood, trauma, and family dysfunction influence us to develop survival mechanisms which suppress our needs and feelings, sabotaging us emotionally and physically. Physical and emotional blocks prevent us from participating fully and joyfully in life.

The Child Within Workshop reintegrates the physical, mental, and emotional bodies, restoring them to wholeness. By releasing early trauma, the lonely, pain-filled, angry, or sad inner child is healed, freeing the joyful child who is the key to our creativity and happiness. The workshop employs meditation, visualization, breathwork, movement, music, and gestalt therapy to allow an opening for release of trauma and embracing of peace and joy. The intimacy of the group experience creates a safe, nurturing space filled with compassion and understanding through which the release occurs.

Healing the Healers Workshop

Be what you want to see in this world

This is a hands-on workshop designed for those who practice or are called to the healing arts of all types. Participants get a chance to share about themselves and their work. Thereafter we share hands-on work - in large or small groups as needed. This allows each person to receive and to give of their energy and talents.

We then come back to a full circle and share experiences and ideas. Amaya helps the individuals in the group to hone their personal techniques and teach them new techniques to compliment their work. A lesson on value, worth, commitment and empowerment is included.

Breathwork and Prayer Workshop

Breath is the energy of life! Prayer is a sacred and holy experience! It is our Soul Talk!

Breath is the energy of life. Yet when faced by stress and trauma, we tend to hold our breath as a form of protection. After a lifetime of this response, we become perpetually short of breath, contracted, and drained of energy.

We need to learn again what we once did effortlessly: how to breathe. Rebirthing is a form of breathing in a full circular manner which floods the physical body with oxygen. This oxygenation causes an expansion of the cellular structure and begins to release blockages and contractions on all levels of being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It is a waking-up process in which we learn, through the breath, to embrace life fully and release whatever is limiting, diminishing, or contracting us.

The wonder of this process is that we don't have to think or create circumstances for release. Our own system finds its way as we concentrate on our breathing. The process is very simple, energizing and freeing. Prayer is a sacred and holy experience. From setting intention, to giving thanks, to asking for help, and surrendering one's will to line up with the highest good. Prayer is a mental, emotional, physical, and energetic experience. Prayer in all forms is a powerful and natural response from our soul's voice. The highest form of prayer allows us to raise our frequency and connect us to the highest energy.

Combining these two practices allows us to come through our human structure and then rise upward and embrace the great mystery, that of our collective and individual desires. One day experience.

Past Life Workshop

Unlocking the alchemy of Emergence

We have all lived many times. Although we have forgotten our past lives, they continue to live in us in the form of programmed emotional responses, mysterious fears, and unaccountable longings. Through hypnosis, Amaya helps us remember past lives which are affecting our current ones, helping us uncover and understand the issues and personal relationships influencing us now. When the regression session ends, participants share their experiences. Then Isaiah addresses each participant individually, providing further insights. 3 hour workshop.

The Butterfly Class

Unfolding to universal law and potential! Answering your prayers to be free, to remember who you are and to become even more than that. To unlock your secret! Your truth, and your creativity, creation for yourself and this world!

With Amaya's help, students develop their intuitive abilities and connection to spirit. The goal is to energize the chakra points (energy centers of the body) and the intuitive center known as the third eye. This allows further spiritual development and reconnection to the Godhead and to the higher, unseen, ancient ones. Students will explore their unique intuitive gifts and learn techniques of spiritual healing. There is also a focus on personal healing, growth and potential. Each class includes a lesson, a meditation, and discussion. Ten week course.
